We communicate with customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta. When you message us, your messages are delivered and processed through Meta’s infrastructure and are also handled by our assistant to respond to you. We share information only with the providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to deliver our service:

• Meta (WhatsApp) — messaging.
• OpenAI — powers our assistant’s replies.
• Paystack — secure payment processing (we never store your card details).
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
